Alexandra and Athena had toyed with the idea of creating a fashion blog for a while, to share their love of fashion, designer labels, and of course, bargain hunting. After some time in the planning phase, LWC finally took flight in January 2017. Alexandra and Athena, along with Maria, a.k.a "Queen Mary", LWC's brand ambassador, are excited to share this exciting debut with their friends and family and most of all their followers. We appreciate you checking out our website even in it's early stages and we hope you return!

Each of us at LWC have different interests and styles when it comes to fashion, but one thing we are most passionate about, is the idea that women don't need to identify with any particular style. We celebrate all sides of ourselves, unapologetically, and want all women to do the same.

At one time, we thought we were contradicting our own sense of self if we wore a leather moto jacket and a flannel one day and the next day threw on a pink cardigan and a string of pearls.

And then we made what, at the time, seemed like such a simple discovery...

Women need not be bound by a particular identity when it comes to fashion, even if it is one that they have created for themselves.

In order to keep our commitment to always redefining ourselves and trying new things, we will be introducing something we are calling #TryItTuesday

Every #TryItTuesday will be centered around getting out of our comfort zones or trying a new style we never thought we could pull off.

We hope that you will follow along and be inspired to do the same!
