Spring '17 Style Guide for Dummies

With spring right around the corner, temps rising, and styles ever changing....we're here to give you a run down of this season's hottest trends!

1. Strings Attached

First up, all things fringe! This hot new trend is everywhere - from shoes, to bathing suits and now jeans. Mix it up by layering a hot fringe blazer or sweater with some cropped jeans or simply adding a fringed clutch for some accessory envy! Whatever way you decide to rock this look you'll be turning heads for sure!

2. Embroidery. Embroidery. Embroidery.

As you're sitting there scrolling through Instagram you might notice this hot trend. Stars like Gigi Hadid and Kendal Jenner are all over this hot new look. Embroidery has moved beyond what our grandmas used to do and has entered the realm of high fashion! Go for a simple understated look, like the Free People dress featured below, or go all out and rock an embroidered leather jacket. We'll be sitting here still drooling over those GRLFND high-rise jeans!

3. Rain drop, SHOP CROP!

Tall women everywhere, rejoice!! The cropped jean has come back from the dead! No, we're NOT talking about capris (may they rest in peace), we're talking about that hot 80's style, skinny crop! Whether you're into some funky denim patterns or the perfect going-out pant we got you covered!

4. Bedazzled?

Beading can be hard to pull off...that's why at LWC we believe that good things come in small packages! No matter what look you're going for, a hot beaded clutch, or an amazing heel is just the touch to put your outfit on the best dressed list.

5. Statement Tops

This season, designers are all about that statement top. This trend is a sure fire way to avoid that sinking feeling when you're running late because you don't know what top to wear ...again. Disclaimer: An eye catching top is memorable, so beware of having yourself photographed and plastered all over social media if you ever want to rock your showstopper again.

6. All Things Sneaker

Last but definitely not least let's talk about shoes. What seems to be the hottest trend this season is the revamped sneaker. Designers have gone all over the place! Espadrille sneaker, bluchers, studs....you name it, designers are doing it! That being said, run don't walk, and go find yourself a pair of killer sneaks...you can thank me later.
